Programme notes

Instruments are means with a musical purpose.
To achieve my purpose, my musical goal, I need a personalisation of instruments. Study of the
properties of sound has shifted my attention away from the sound of the means to sound tout
court, has further moved the musical instrument from the role of the end to that of the means.
I find myself not only in the form, the algorithms, the organisation of the chosen materials, but also
in the means that help me to translate my timbral ideas.
I am my sound.
